Each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
